The last time I was at TacoLu, it was a packed house (noisy but lively). This place continues to increase in popularity - for good reason. Everything is fresh and tastes so. I am a vegan, so they offer some great dishes that I can eat (with my friends who are 'normal'). Any taco they make, they also offer with tofu or tempeh. The Bangin' Tempeh is really good -- and tasty like the popular Bangin' Shrimp. Nachos and guac are quite good. Margaritas - although pretty pricey - are off the charts good. My favorite one is the Jalapeņo Margarita (which I take credit for being on the drink menu).
